The term ‘like item’ will be understood to mean when compared based on the following criteria:
· Price per milligram of CBD (total price divided by total milligrams)
· Spectrum type (full, broad, or isolate)
· Carrier oil (hemp, coconut, olive, other)
· Process of extraction (CO2 versus solvent)
· The origin country of the hemp (US or non-US)
At this time, we are unable to compare oil-based products to water-soluble products. We cannot compare our products to home-grown products. Flavor, or lack there-of, will not be a consideration in terms of comparability.
Competitor's regular retail price is subject to confirmation. A receipt of purchase is necessary to confirm price paid.
Unopened items may be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase. Items with a receipt will be refunded. Items without a receipt will be given store credit, with a value matching that of the then-current in-store price. Items must be in sellable condition.
Debit card purchases will be refunded in cash. Check purchases will be refunded as store credit.
We are unable to accept returns of open or damaged items.

Orders over $50 receive free shipping. Order under $50 will be charged a $5 shipping fee.
At this time, we can only ship within the United States, but cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, due to state regulations, we are currently unable to ship to Nebraska, South Dakota, Idaho, or Georgia.
All items will be shipped via USPS, with tracking information provided via email. If a shipment is damaged in transit and becomes undeliverable, we will re-ship the item as soon as possible. If the shipment is damaged in transit, but is delivered to the final destination, please reach out to us to resolve the issue. If tracking information shows that the package is delivered, but you do not receive it, we are unable to provide a refund or reshipment.
